Those of us that grapple and spend time on the mat, we refer to it as “rolling”. Not to be confused with taking ecstasy.
The hardest thing about my training is finding the time to spend on the mat. When you live 30 minutes away from the gym; it’s tough to make it in to train. Throw in a job that wants 32 to 40 hours of your week. It’s really tough.
Any way, I enjoy the time i spend rolling. For all the pulled muscles, bruises, cuts, I wouldnt change it. I’m looking to this NAGA. I’m bringing the gold to fight time.
